location: the hotel was very close to the historical center and an exotic mountain hide away and a hilltop outside the hustle a bogota looking over the city. the service we got was attentive.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The rooms were cozy and beautifully lit, creating a relaxing atmosphere. One of my favorite features was the large picturesque fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. Additionally, the breakfast served in 3 courses was absolutely delicious, a great way to start the day.

The holiday experience at this beautiful hotel was simply amazing! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and offered a lot of complementary facts. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding hills, and very close to the city center. there were so many facilities, including a gym and a spa, which really made our stay luxurious.

We really enjoyed our stay, but there was just one downside: there were no TVs in the rooms. While it wasn't a big problem for us, some guests might want to relax in bed while watching a movie or their favorite show.

The hotel is situated in a great spot, down the hill and close to the downtown area. It's easy to get around as the next bus station is not far away and the airport is reachable in a short drive. The room and bathroom were good and clean, offering all basic facilities. The breakfast was outstanding with fresh and healthy options.

The common area was a bit cramped, making it hard to socialize with other guests.
